HOW TO ORDER
To commission, drop me a dm on Discord, DeviantArt, Twitter or Instagram giving clear details of what you want in the drawing.I will give you the final price as confirmation, which you will then have to send payment within 48hours or the reservation is cancelled. I accept Ko-fi (preferable), Paynow, Paylah and Paypal.Do not send payment before i confirm, I am not obligated to refund unsolicited payment (tips are welcome).I can offer discounts for bulk commissions and frequent clients.
I may also accept Discord nitro and DeviantArt points on certain occasions (ask).Feel free to bargain but do not lowball me.
Below are the formats you can use to request the commission. It’s optional but covers all necessary information.

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL TERMS- My prices are subject to change based on demand.
-My turn around time is usually anywhere from 1 day -3 weeks but could be up to a month due to personal life. Let me know if you have a deadline in mind.
- Please be able to provide clear references. I will charge fees if the reference is unclear or if you can only provide a description, unless I am making you a design.
- Please let me know beforehand if you are commissioning the art for someone else.What I will draw:- furries

- fanart
- OCs
- simple armour
- light goreWhat I won’t draw:- NSFW/very suggestive
- heavy armour or mechas
- old people
- anything that promotes racism, violence, etc.
- heavy gore
- anything I am uncomfortable withPAYMENT- Payment MUST be made within 48hrs or the slot is cancelled.
- When I draw the request, you will have 2 chances to make changes - sketch and flat colour phase. More WIPs will be sent if the client wants them.
- Minor add ons/removal will be allowed out outside the phases but fees will occur if you wish to make changes otherwise. Once the file has been sent, you may not request changes.
- I only take refunds if I have not started on the sketch unless I am unable to complete the work for you. No refunds allowed once I’ve started work.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will get the money transferred back to you myself.
- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICYI, eyebrowski, the artist,- Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
- Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
- Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You, the client/commissioner,- May upload the (watermarked) commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
- May NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, NFTs, etc.) without my (the artist’s) consent.
- May NOT redistribute the unwatermarked artwork without my (the artist’s) consent.
- May NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
- MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.
- Retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
- May NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without my (the artist’s) consent.The following is considered copyright infringement:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without my consent - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Altering the artwork without my (the artist’s) consent.
